New monthly account status may take 24-48 hours to update after the account number has been issued and the vehicle has started parking. Certain monthly accounts such as Bicycles, Motorcycles, Pushcarts, Non-Vehicles, Storage, Charge Accounts and multi-tenant accounts may be excluded from tier-based discounts.
No. The two programs are being merged and the digital Rewards discount will be replacing the plastic Preferred Customer/Loyalty cards. Please be sure to download the IconGo app to access your discount, as the plastic Preferred Customer cards will be phased out during 2020.
If a monthly Member cancels his or her monthly parking account, that Member’s tier level will be changed to Icon Rewards (a 10% discount off posted facility rates), unless and until the Member’s transient parking spend corresponds to a higher tier level. Monthly parking spend will not contribute towards transient parking spend.
No. The Rewards program is designed for transient (daily) parking. Monthly customers are given a complimentary upgrade to a higher tier level, but monthly spend will not contribute towards the daily parking spend.
No. Icon Rewards discounts are exclusively available when booking a prepaid reservation directly from www.iconparking.com or the IconGo mobile app, OR by scanning your Icon Rewards digital card when you pay directly at a participating Icon and Quik Park garage.
Yes. When paying at a participating Icon or Quik Park garage, simply scan your Icon Rewards digital card first to receive your discount, then scan your Apple or Google Wallet to pay. You can also use these payment methods for online reservations.
Please note, effective 01/02/2020, Android users will need to delete the old version of the Rewards card from their wallet and add the new version.
You must be logged in to your Rewards account for the discount to apply. If you booked parking on the Icon website or mobile app, or scanned your Icon Rewards digital card from our mobile app and did not receive your discount, please email customerservice@iconparking.com with a copy of your parking receipt or reservation and your Icon Rewards email address.
