If you received a payment reminder or have past due amounts on your invoice, it means that your payment was not posted before the notice was generated. Payments made via our website post to your account within 24-48 hours, and payments made by check or at the garage can take up to 10 business days to post to your account. 

If you currently make payments at your garage or pay via check by mail, we strongly urge that you use our website’s automated payment systems for fast and efficient processing. You can also use our Pay By Phone option by calling (855) 880 4941, however, please note that you will not receive a receipt if you pay by phone.
