We will not release your vehicle to anyone other than the designated owner/registered applicant

   

unless a) the person is listed as an authorized driver on the registration card, or, 
b) the person possesses the vehicle’s registration and a letter of authorization signed by the designated owner/registered applicant of the vehicle.
