All Icon garages will continue to provide parking services, although some locations may operate with reduced hours as the situation progresses. In addition, we may be forced to close certain garages if mandated. We are committed to keeping our team members, customers, and community informed.

Customer Service and Support Center / Team member safety:

Effective Monday March 16, to ensure the safety of our support center team members, our team has
started to work remotely with only essential personnel periodically in our offices. For our business partners and vendors, every team member you are accustomed to working with will be available through their normal contact email and phone number. We will continue to evaluate the situation on a week-by-week basis. We trust these measures address any questions or concerns regarding our business continuity and contingency plans during the outbreak. Garage Operations / Team Member and Customer Safety:

We have plans in place to ensure the safety of our parking team members and customers as they park with us. As of March 13, we’ve implemented new protocols at all of our garages: garage team members wearing gloves for their safety as well as informing every customer that we will wipe down and disinfect their steering wheel, gear shift and any other touchpoints required to park the vehicle. Should a quarantine be imposed, we will inform each of our customers of our plans to secure the garage and enable them to access their cars or move them to another location that will continue to operate.
