No. Currently promo code discounts and credits can only be applied towards daily parking reservations.
Another way to earn discounts and savings is through credits. Currently credits are offered for both first-time downloads of our IconGO app and through our IconGO Refer a Friend program. When you share your personal referral link, and your friends sign up and make a reservation using your link, $10 of credit will automatically be added to your account for future use! Your friend will also receive $10 of credit towards a future in-app purchase as well. Win-win!
Your link and unique referral code can be found by clicking on “Refer A Friend” in the IconGO menu. You can share through text, email or social media. There is no limit to the amount of credits you can earn. Start sharing today and watch the credits roll in!
You can apply a promo code before you book on the website or the IconGO app.
On the website, log in and go to “My Account,” then “My Promo Codes,” and then enter your code under “Save Promo Code.” You also can enter the code on the checkout page by pressing “Have a Promo Code?” entering your code, and pressing “Apply” before you book.
To enter a promo code in the IconGO app, from the main menu select “My Promo Codes & Credits” and you will see a button at the bottom of your screen that reads “Add Promo Code”. Select that button and you will be able to add a promo code for future use. You also can enter the code on the checkout page by pressing “Use IconGO Promotional Discount,” entering your code, and pressing “Apply” before you book. The total price of the reservation should reflect the promo code.
Note, in some instances, promo codes in online ads will enable you to directly pre-populate the promotion just by clicking on the promotion. Sit back, search and save!
Reservations cannot be transferred to different locations, because rates vary at different facilities. That said, if your reservation hasn’t started yet, you can cancel it and book another spot at a different facility.
Absolutely! When searching, change the dates/times to the overnight period during which you plan on parking. All garages that allow overnight parking will show up and you can book right from our website or IconGO.
Generally, yes. Most of the online rates for our facilities represent discounts to our drive-up rates (the rates posted inside the garage). In addition, our online rates will never be higher than drive-up rates posted at facilities.
Yes! As long as you have the correct times and dates in your search field, the price for the entire time you requested will show up on the search page. Unless otherwise stated, you can enter any time after the start time of a reservation and exit any time before the end time for the price of your reservation. For coupons, your stay must be within the enter/exit and duration restrictions as listed on the coupon to be eligible for the coupon price.
With the exception of several facilities, nearly all Icon and Quik Park garages are valet locations. Once you drive up to the facility, our valet attendants will greet you and guide you through the process of leaving your car. You Find It, You Book It and We Park It!
