With the exception of several facilities, nearly all Icon and Quik Park garages are valet locations. Once you drive up to the facility, our valet attendants will greet you and guide you through the process of leaving your car. You Find It, You Book It and We Park It!
The price listed is the entire price, and all taxes and fees are included in the price that you see on the app or website!
Some locations charge a separate oversize fee for vehicles that are taller than 65″ or longer than 181″ This is payable at the garage directly and is assessed on-site by the valet attendant.
Lastly, we never include tip in our reservations. We want this to be at the discretion of the customer based on your experience at the facility.
All reservation purchases on our website and app now allow you to add an extra hour at the time of booking for only $5.
If you enter before your reservation starts, or exit after the reservation has ended, you will be subject to pay for the time you spend in the spot outside your reservation. This will be calculated and payable at the time of check-out by the valet attendant.

Yes! Our desktop and mobile website allows you to search for and purchase monthly parking online for nearly all our facilities. Simply go to our website and on the home page click “Monthly” before entering your address and clicking “search.” Facilities and price will populate on the screen. Note that prices listed are for new customers only.
You can also enter your vehicle information and purchase monthly parking directly from the website. After you make your purchase, your information is verified a member of our team who will then be in contact to share additional required on-boarding forms to get your car parked ASAP!
Note that monthly parking services and account support are not currently offered on the IconGo app. We hope to serve your monthly parking needs in our app soon.
Promo codes are regularly featured in our advertisements and sent out by our marketing team to our users. As long as you have an Icon account or are signed up for our mailing list you’ll receive our emails, including ones that contain promo codes, discounts and other savings!
Promo codes offered include dollar, percentage and other types of savings. Note that promo codes are subject to the usage restrictions listed in the advertisement.
No! Having the app makes it much easier to see all of your reservations in one place, allows you to book more quickly since the app keeps you logged into your account, and enables special features like mobile check-in and check-out that will make your Icon Quik Park experience more efficient. However, you can absolutely book on the mobile website on any browser successfully. You also can access your reservation or coupon straight from the confirmation email we send you upon your purchase or coupon download.
To change the times or dates on the website or IconGO app, simply click into the time or date you want to change, and a drop-down menu will appear. In the IconGO app a section will appear at the bottom of your app screen that will allow you to make adjustments. Make your selections and then click search again to ensure the correct rates pop up on the map for the times you selected!
